Prince of Peckham

Food and Hospitality

A pub for South London, by South London. Home of Prince of Peckham stout

Prince of Peckham is a community-focused pub in South London, opened in 2017 by founder Clement Ogbonnaya, who grew up in the area. Built as a welcoming space for all, it brings together people of different backgrounds to share food, drink, work, and celebrate in a relaxed and inclusive environment.

Inspired by the sense of community in the 90s TV show Desmond’s, the pub was created as a modern “home from home” where old and new residents of Peckham can coexist and thrive together. It reflects a vision of unity in a changing neighbourhood, where gentrification and local culture can exist side by side.

With a strong focus on hospitality, community values, and personal growth, Prince of Peckham aims to be a leading South London pub that celebrates diversity while staying rooted in its local identity.
