PLUM is an equipment-based boutique Pilates studio, where we offer mainly reformer and tower group classes. Founded by a classically-trained Pilates Instructor, we are dedicated to making our community feel their very best selves. We value mindful, controlled movements in a welcoming, non-judgmental environment. The PLUM Method is designed to make you FEEL YOUR VERY BEST. We care about your body and want to help you push your limits. The PLUM method is rooted in the original classical Pilates method, guided by sports science and infused with modern movement innovations.
