Kromanti Rum

Kromanti Rum is a heritage-led spirit brand rooted in the history, culture, and resilience of Grenada’s ancestral communities. Inspired by the stories of Julien Fedon and Kromanti Kojo—figures connected to resistance and survival—the brand draws on the natural herbs, spices, and fruits traditionally used for healing and sustenance.

Founded by father-and-daughter team Cashain and Danielle David, Kromanti Rum was born from a desire to reclaim and authentically represent the cultural history often missing from mainstream rum narratives. Cashain, a mental health professional and former brand ambassador, was driven to tell a more truthful story of rum—one that honours the communities behind it—while Danielle brings her own journey of searching for belonging and connection into the brand’s mission.

Together, they have created more than a rum—it is a cultural expression and tribute to ancestry, identity, and legacy. Kromanti Rum celebrates authenticity, heritage, and spiritual connection, inviting people to honour the past while raising a glass to the present.
