Knots & Strands is a private head spa specialising in scalp care and relaxation treatments designed specifically for Afro-textured hair, including coils, curls and locs.

Founded by Sede, Knots & Strands was created to offer a more inclusive approach to scalp wellness, recognising that Afro-textured hair can require different techniques and considerations when it comes to scalp care.

With a strong focus on scalp health, each treatment is tailored to the individual’s scalp condition, hair density and texture. Treatments are designed to address concerns such as dryness, itching, tension and buildup, while providing a calm and restorative experience.
