Break The Fast London is an all-day brunch restaurant celebrating global breakfast culture. Our menu brings together flavours from Jamaica, North Africa, Turkey and beyond. All served with London soul.
Started in 2019 in a small home kitchen in Penge, Break The Fast London began as a passion project by husband-and-wife duo Elie and Sindi. What started with local deliveries quickly grew into a series of vibrant pop-ups across South East London, each one building a loyal and ever-growing community. Now, that journey has led to a permanent home in Brockley — where the story continues.
